Pickup
Pickup slots depend on location, quantity, access, vehicle and team availability. Exceptional dismantling, stairs, heavy lifting or transport requirements must be disclosed before confirmation.
Ownership
The seller confirms that they own the items or are authorised to sell them. Vehicle material requires identity and ownership-document checks.
Data-bearing equipment
The seller should back up and erase data before handing over computers, servers, drives, phones or storage devices unless a separate written destruction arrangement is confirmed.
Demolition and regulated work
Demolition, dismantling, hazardous material and regulated recycling work is undertaken only after site assessment, required permissions and a written scope. Website text alone is not a permit or regulatory certificate.
